Young Hummingbird TransporterPosted by Lee (Fort Frances Ontario, Canada) on 5 June 2009 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. Still not back yet. It's not often you get to see a gossling without a parent nearby. And if you do get to see one, it's under mom and dad's close protection. Once mom and dad saw me, the commotion started. The honking hissing and wing flapping and charging to scare me off while this little guy took off and joined the rest of the family. Once all in a tight group they swam off away from me to carry on their normal routines. Thank you for visiting my site. I consider myself to be lucky living where I do. Everyday I wake up to a wealth of interesting visual scenarios. Most of my pictures are Wildlife and Nature taken from around the area. The area specifically being Fort Frances Ontario on beautiful Rainy Lake. Feel free to comment on what you see. I look forward to hearing from you. If you like what you see, please rate it. Better yet, bookmark the site and drop back often. I will be posting daily.

Susan from Fort Lauderdale, FL, United Statesok, here's how "dumb & gullible" I am... I tried searching on google for the bird called "hummingbird transporter" !! Nothing came up, and I STILL didn't realize what your true intent was!! And now I don't feel so bad, since who can remember a shot they saw in April, when it's already June, and there are SOOOOO many shots each day to look at !! :) 6 Jun 2009 5:04pm @Susan: I do not expect everyone to remember all my shots Susan.
